NirCmd Command Reference - filldelete

filldelete [source file or wildcard]
fill the specified file or wildcard with zero-bytes, and then delete the files. This means that the content of the files deleted with this command cannot be recovered.

Examples:
filldelete "c:\temp\*.*"
filldelete "c:\temp\myfile.dat"
