Similar to exec command, but also provide another parameter, [working folder], that
specifies the default working folder for the application that you run.
Example:
exec2 show "f:\winnt\system32" "f:\winnt\system32\calc.exe"
exec2 hide c:\temp "c:\temp\wul.exe" /savelangfile
